The Vice President assumes the duties of the President in their absence and is responsible for organizing speakers for the Council’s programs. The role often serves as a preparatory position for the subsequent year’s presidency.

SECRETARY

Duties

The Secretary maintains accurate minutes of all Board meetings. The role is key for institutional memory and typically serves as a stepping stone to the Vice President position in the subsequent year.

TREASURER

Duties

The Treasurer oversees the Council’s financial matters, including making projections, managing funds, and presenting financial reports to the Board.
