My trust and estate practice includes the gamut of trust and estate practice, including planning, administration of both trust and estates, and representation of fiduciaries in conjunction therewith, representing beneficiaries with interests in trusts and estates, preparing and analyzing fiduciary accountings, and litigation and dispute resolution on behalf of both fiduciaries and beneficiaries. I have given presentations for several groups, including the National Business Institute and the Sonoma County Bar Association, on various topics related to trust and estates.
