Terms of use.
REEPC is a chapter of the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils, and the association’s terms of use cover its chapters’ sites. They are maintained by NAEPC, so this page links to them rather than keeping a copy that would quietly fall out of date.
What follows is the council’s own position on the two questions this site raises most often.
The directory
What the directory is for.
The member directory exists so that someone with an estate planning matter can find the discipline it needs, and so that members can find each other. It is not a mailing list and is not offered for bulk collection or resale.
Member contact details are not published at all, so there is nothing in the directory to harvest. A request for an introduction reaches a member through the council — see introductions.
