Catherine Ocaña is a partner of Specialized Services for Law Firms and began her fiduciary career in 2007. As a sixth generation Sonoma County native, Catherine’s practice includes trust administration, probate administration, conservatorships, care management and business management. Projects completed in the last 15 years have included complex trust administration and agent for health care services, negotiating settlements with family members, complex financial holding and personal property distributions, sales and management of numerous single‑family residences, development of land and farm properties in North Bay counties and has assisted in administrating and selling numerous trust businesses. Catherine experienced in special needs trust administrations and cross border fiduciary services including international asset management and probate estate administration in Latin America. She offers supportive legal and financial remedies for undocumented families with personal‑injury settlement
