Practice

A substantial portion of my practice involves estate planning. Many of my clients have an existing estate plan and ask my assistance in revising such plans to account for changes in their lives and changes in the law. Many of my clients have no estate plan at all and ask me to help create one. I also handle probate matters, trust administration, and litigation, including appeals involving estates and trusts.
