Dennis Fordham

Practice

Dennis A. Fordham is a State Bar Certified Specialist in California Estate Law, including Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law. He is also a member of the National Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and a Director of the Northern NAELA chapter. Mr. Fordham writes a biweekly column in the Record Bee on estate planning and administration.

Mr. Fordham has the following degrees: B.A., Columbia University (New York); J.D., State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law; and LL.M. in Federal Tax Law from New York University (NYU) School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in California & New York States, and is admitted to the federal district court in Santa Rosa, California, and the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C.
