Mr. Bailey has been an attorney for over 30 years with experience counseling individuals and closely held businesses in a wide range of business, estate planning, and tax matters. Mr. Bailey is outside "general counsel" to a variety of locally based entrepreneurs and business owners; including second generation family owner managers. Mr. Bailey represents his clients on a personal level to address their estate planning goals to protect their assets and provide for their families.
