Mary Catherine Doherty has been practicing law since 1996 in the areas of estate planning, trust administration and probate. She was formerly a director at the law firm of Anderson, Zeigler, Disharoon, Gallagher & Gray.

Mary Catherine drafts estate plans, including the preparation of powers of attorney, wills, revocable living trusts, and irrevocable trusts, for a wide variety of individuals with unique familial, property, and tax‑related concerns. She represents executors and trustees in estate and trust administration matters, and has experience preparing both estate and gift tax returns.
