I am a real estate appraiser that works at a firm of business and real estate professionals that focuses on estate and gift tax matters. I have been a licensed appraiser for over 15 years. The majority of my time is working with estate lawyers, cpas, wealth planners, and others to assis them with date of death valuations and other estate and tax compliance matters.
