I am a paralegal with 16 years experience in the field though I have only been i paralegal for 5. I can do the drafting of an estate plan including the gifting aspects (gift tax returns) and asset security (Business formation, etc.). Though my main focus is in the area of administering the estate or trust after the death of the Settlor. This includes the statutory requirements and estate tax returns.
