Kyle Martin is a Supervisory Estate Tax Attorney with the Internal Revenue Service in Oakland, California , where he has served since 1989. In his current role since 2006, Kyle oversees a team of estate tax attorneys, a paralegal specialist, and a legal assistant . Prior to becoming a supervisor, he spent over a decade as a field Estate Tax Attorney in San Francisco and Oakland .

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas and earned his Juris Doctor from San Francisco Law School in 1993. A member of the California State Bar since 1993 , Kyle brings decades of expertise in estate tax law, IRS procedures, and compliance strategies.
